Physical Activity for Wellbeing | Wellbeing Wednesday

Whilst there is no football on at the moment everyone at Loughborough Foxes is doing their best to stay active. It is recommended that you get at least 150 minutes of moderate activity a week. This could be a big long walk at the weekend or you can break it down into little chunks throughout the week.

Foxes Season Postponed

Loughborough Foxes WFC open-aged teams face another break in matches as government increase local restrictions.
The postponement of games will see the FA Women’s National League postponed including the North and Midlands Reserve Divisions as well as the East Midlands Regional League. This weekends FA Cup Second Round fixture against Derby County will also be postponed.

Derby County Ladies Preview

After last weeks game was cancelled due to a waterlogged pitch the first team are finally back in action on Sunday after a long break. They face Derby County at Loughborough University Stadium, a reverse of or first fixture of the current season. The pair will also face each other in the new year as this weeks FA Cup draw saw Foxes pull out a home tie against the rams early in the second round.
