Time to Talk Day is tomorrow (Thursday 4th February). Time to Talk Day is the day that we get the nation talking about mental health. This year’s event might look a little different, but at times like this open conversations about mental health are more important than ever.

Social Media and Web Manager Vacancy

We are currently looking for a new Social Media and Web Manager to come on board and promote the club via our various media platforms. The role will consist of keeping our website up to date, creating content for and managing the club’s social media accounts (Twitter, Instagram and Facebook). This is a voluntary role, presenting the perfect opportunity to build your social media portfolio whilst working within a real football family.

Meditation is medicine for the mind and body. When we go into overdrive and face a spiralling path of burnout, among that is the difficulty to find stillness. Whether it is in preparation for performing or to make peace with your thoughts and manage your stress, meditation helps you become actively aware of what is in front of you.

This could be a big long walk at the weekend or you can break it down into little chunks throughout the week.

Foxes Season Postponed

Loughborough Foxes WFC open-aged teams face another break in matches as government increase local restrictions.
The postponement of games will see the FA Women’s National League postponed including the North and Midlands Reserve Divisions as well as the East Midlands Regional League. This weekends FA Cup Second Round fixture against Derby County will also be postponed.
